It is the integration process in which the software and programs of the robotic systems are created, functioned and start to communicate with the peripheral equipment within the system after the completion of design and manufacturing processes during the project development phase.
In this process; a software is developed and visual interfaces are created for the control and use of automation systems through process equipment such as welding systems, cutting units, industrial camera, etc.
On the part of the robotic system, orbital motions and operating codes set over in the simulation study are started to be created in the real operation area. At this phase, manual robot teaching operations (online robot programming) can also be performed in a virtual environment (offline robot programming) based on the project scope. Robot orbits created upon modeling in a three-dimensional environment through offline programming may be transferred to the real environment at 100% same points and speed.
Being the system integrator of Abb, Kuka and Fanuc brands, one of the leading manufacturers of industrial robot in the sector, our company provides software and programming services for these robots with its strong and experienced engineer staff.
