Working simultaneously with the production lines for product transfer between lines, handling and transfer robots detect products coming irregularly and disorderly with barcode, QR code, sensor or camera and they can transfer these products quickly and accurately.

Standing out with their speed and flexibility when compared to manual and traditional material handling systems, handling and transfer robots ensure that production lines operate at full capacity and increase production efficiency significantly.

Performing the repetitive material handling process continuously with manpower may affect the health of the workers and cause occupational diseases. For this reason, the use of material handling and transfer robots in the shipping process of products improves working conditions and provides standardization in the transfer of products from one point to another.

All requests and demands of the customer are collected for the transition to the robotic material handling and transfer system and the following steps are followed:

  • The compatibility of the part to be transmitted is checked for the transition to the robotic system.
  • Material handling robot is determined which has suitable cycle times, speed, reach and load capacity for process, through analyzing the parts on the simulation which to be transfered.
  • If more than one material handling and transfer robot is required to transfer the products, the system is set up with a line-shaped stations.
  • Gripping and centering equipments are selected to be suitable for handling work that will provide the highest efficiency.
  • Electricity, automation and plc infrastructure is created according to the project scope.
  • Upon request, the entire system is provided in the handling and transfer cabinet or a cell.
  • The suitability of the designed system is finalized as a result of the studies conducted with the customer, and the system is formed into its general shape.
  • The prepared system is equipped with compatible equipment for occupational health and safety and then it is commissioned.
  • After the completion of commissioning process, the system is maintained through after-sales services.
